Our Fast Dispatch Commitment

At Toys Nest, we aim to deliver your order within 2 to 4 business days.

Once you place your order, we will:

• Pick, pack, and dispatch it within 1 business day
• If ordered on weekends or public holidays, dispatch will occur on the next business day

So if you order today, your parcel will be on its way by the same time tomorrow!

Order Updates

You will receive two emails from us:

📧 Invoice Email – once your order is picked and packed
📦 Tracking Email – once your parcel is collected by the courier

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard delivery: 1 to 3 business days
• Rural or remote areas may take longer
• During peak seasons (e.g. Christmas), delivery may take an additional 1–2 days

Outer Island Deliveries

We proudly deliver across New Zealand, including outer islands such as:

• Chatham Island
• Waiheke Island
• Great Barrier Island
• Kawau Island

We aim to keep delivery charges fair and reasonable for these locations.

• Flat Rate: $9.99 (incl. GST)

North Island (Other Regions)

(Northland, Taranaki, Gisborne, Hawke’s Bay, Manawatu, Wellington)

South Island

(Nelson, Marlborough, Tasman, West Coast, Canterbury, Otago, Southland & Chatham Islands)

Toys Nest is not responsible for:

• Courier delays due to external disruptions
• Incorrect delivery details entered at checkout

Damaged or Missing Orders

We want your experience with Toys Nest to be smooth and joyful from start to finish.

• Arrives damaged
• Is missing
• Does not arrive
